Aion assumed his fighting stance, and the two behind him also prepared to stop the enemy when he attacked. However, he just moved his arm a little, and then a weird sound crossed the room… no one knew what had happened, but Aion raised his spear, and he felt some weight behind it… in the next moment, some blood began to drip from a clean cut on his left cheek.

"Seriously… I guess that must be the highest level someone can obtain while training as a swordsman," Aion muttered in shock.

Aion didn't even see the attack. He just felt that he should raise his spear to protect himself… when the swordsman moved his arm again, Sauros and Seris fired the electric bullets, but Aion was still cut on the other cheek. The swordsman didn't even try to block the bullets, they just stopped in front of him, but Aion could tell that the swordsman blocked them with his sword.

Was he really that insanely fast? Aion had a hard time believing that a single human could become that fast without using any magic. Then again, many people called him a god, and some people still believed that… that kind of power was certainly god-like, if anything.

"You two seem to be operating while following my commands or will… aren't you two too weak for that?" The swordsman asked. "It seems that you have some talent that is similar to mine, but back in the day, people with that much talent used to appear everywhere."

The Swordsman was starting to complain like an old man saying that kids these days are quite pathetic. Unfortunately, Aion couldn't say much about that since the people that they faced in the tower probably would kick the asses of most warriors in that current period.

Sauros and Seris felt really troubled over that since they also admired the swordsman. Maybe they knew more about him than they claimed… regardless, they realized during the trip that they were a lot weaker than expected… Even though they were comparing their growth with an anomaly like Aion, they still felt pretty ashamed.

Aion dashed at the enemy while protecting his head and heart with his spear, but that didn't stop the swordsman from raising his sword slowly… during the whole time, Aion's arms and legs had been cut in several spots. The wounds were light, and they didn't reach the bones, but Aion was bleeding, and it won't take long before that became troublesome.

Aion ignored the wounds and let his core close them, but once he used Triple Sonic Thrust, the Swordsman suddenly swung his sword. Aion could see the notion and blocked it with his spear… only to be blown away to the other side of the room.

Sauros and Seris were left speechless when they saw Aion hitting his back against the wall on the other side of the room… only an attack able to shock the entire floor was supposed to do that to him, but they didn't feel anything… It was like the swordsman had complete control over his power and could make sure that his targets would endure all the damage possible with his attacks.

Somehow, Aion landed on his feet, and he began to laugh a little, he stopped for a short while since he coughed some blood, but then he began to walk toward the swordsman after cleaning his mouth.

"You are really like her… walking unfazed toward impossible challenges," The swordsman said.

"That so?" Aion asked. "In any case, why do you guys hold back so much? Wouldn't it be better just to go all out and crush us?"

"The spell that she created has some rules. We can't use more energy than we have to since others might come after you guys," The Swordsman replied. "We have to fight in the most optimal way possible."

"Well, is that so… I am thankful for it," Aion said and then smiled before changing to his warrior class.

Changing to the guardian class would be a better option to become more durable. However, that wasn't the immediate answer that Aion wanted, and he was aiming for something else.

"You guys, just keep watching. He won't attack you as long as you don't attack him," Aion said.

"Hey," Seris protested.

"Another reckless plan?" Sauros asked.

"You can complain if I don't show results in ten minutes," Aion replied.

While Aion was confident, even though he looked more outmatched than ever, Sauros decided to wait and see… truth be told, it was also hard for them to attack the swordsman due to their admiration, and after seeing his power and skill, that admiration only grew further…

"That power…" The swordsman said while looking at Aion's hammer. "She wasn't supposed to have that kind of power, so she didn't grant it to you… then how?"

"She didn't give this power to me? I am glad then," Aion said. "Anyway, this will be pretty boring for you for a while, but I will try to humor you."

Aion charged toward the enemy while using the hammer to protect his vitals. Once again, he suffered small cuts around his body, but his healing core helped him with that. Until he got close enough to be hit by the swordsman's direct attack. However, this time, Aion has only pushed away for fifty meters… that was progress.
