She was merely at the King level. No matter how powerful her energies were, they were nothing compared to the titanic powers that they were facing at that moment.

As before, she knew what the right decision was, but her heart was finding it difficult to accept.

She couldn’t bear the thought of Elliot getting caught and then getting crippled by the Hegemon!

“I wish there was another way.” She whispered.

“Life is full of difficult choices.” Elliot smiled bitterly. “Especially for the powerless.”

“I will not make it more difficult for you, bro. Go and do what you think is right.” Jessica smiled at him. “With or without you, I will definitely save Jennifer. Don’t you worry.”

“I will return with the dragons and Autumn. Don’t you worry!” Elliot tried to reassure her.

“Hmmm.” Jessica couldn’t bring herself to say another word, and tears began to roll down her cheeks.

Elliot hugged her for a little while longer, and then he blinked away.

He had two dragons and a little Empress to save.

By the time he reached them, the fight was entering its superheated phase where a single mistake could cost them their lives!

Khalendros and Khellendra were fighting against four powerful looking Emperors while Autumn was holding her ground against three.

With just a glance, Elliot immediately realized the severity of the situation.

The three Emperors around Autumn were completely acting defensively and they were merely making sure that she did not break away from them to help the two dragons.

The four Emperors around Khalendros and Khellendra surrounded them both and were all armed with war hammers and other similarly blunt weapons.

One of them was even holding a weaponized net.

The four Emperors weren’t trying to kill the two dragons, they were trying to capture them alive!

In a sense, the two dragons were lucky that the four Emperors were greedy and wanted to capture them instead of killing them. If they merely aimed to take their lives, the fight would be long over.

As it were, the two dragons had managed to unleash all of their strength and were able to last all these time until that very moment when Elliot finally appeared!

“The Hegemon is still dealing with Jessica’s soul attack. I have time! I need to finish this fight quickly!” Elliot thought as he blinked in and joined the fight without hesitation.

It was three Kings versus four Emperors! In any other situation, the result would be a foregone conclusion.

But with Elliot and his newly upgraded system and enhanced dragon transformation, nothing was certain. He could still turn the situation around!

The first thing Elliot did was to unleash his enhanced summons.

“Darklight Descent!” He shouted in his mind. “All of you, come out!!”

At his words, the sky dimmed slightly and a huge portal opened up out of nowhere. From within the portal, a horrifying aura of epic proportions radiated outwards and immediately caused all of the fighters to stop whatever they were doing and to go into full defensive mode!!

Roaaarrrrr!!!

Kraaaaaaa!!!!

All of Elliot’s summoned beasts came bursting out of the portal in a mighty air.

However, they were nothing like they were before! Gone were the wolves, tigers, elephants and the other beasts. In their place were ferocious two legged warriors in completely black armor, wielding pure white weapons of every kind!

The only thing that tied them to the summoned beasts that Elliot had previously were their sizes and weapons.

The wolves were the smallest, and wielded twin short swords.

The tigers and lions were slightly bigger, and wielded two-handed greatswords.

The hawks and eagles were of similar size with the wolves, and they were fliers with bows and arrows.

The elephants and the mammoths were the largest. They were literally twice the size of the wolves, and carried massive war hammers!

The flame grizzly, cerberus, golem, demons and other sunmons all came out looking absolutely feral and dangerous with a myriad of other weapons.

All the fighters who were wary of the portal that appeared earlier were completely flabbergasted by the appearance of such magnificent warriors.

Where on earth did they come from? And most importantly, whose side were they on??

In fact, the moment the portal appeared, an uproar sounded all across the known universe!!

“What the heck is that? How come I have never seen anything like it before?”

“What? Is that a Realm Portal? It looks exactly like one! Investigate! Send out all our researchers and our strongest fighters! Find out how that portal appeared out of nowhere!”

“Find out who summoned that portal. It must be one of the Fortune Hermit disciples. Send a delegation to Fortune Hermit Mountain and demand information! If that is truly a Realm Portal, then Fortune Hermit is truly reckless to have given his disciples access to such a powerful tool! Hmph!”

Even the Gaming Commission were taken completely by surprise. Never in their many long years of managing the Games had they ever encountered such a troublesome turn of events! And to make it worse, it coincided with the Shadow Parasites Disaster that was completely messing up the Battle of Kings!

“Send a couple of Security Battalions down to California to keep the peace.” El’Taras the powerful Elven Mage who headed the Gaming Commission commanded his directors in a severe tone of voice.

“Director Sands, I would have to trouble you to investigate the portal and get to the bottom of it as soon as possible. I have a suspicion that it is due to Elliot Musk. But exactly how it relates to him, I have no idea.

“As you command, Chairman.” Director Sands replied in a grave voice.

“The Games continue. Even as we speak, the amount of bets we are receiving are approaching record levels. Be alert, and make sure every one of your subordinates are ready to respond to all sorts of situations.”

“Yes, Chairman.” All the directors replied in unison.
